The way you feel

I feel great today. How do you feel?

The way I’ve felt in the past has pointed people’s perception towards me in a negative way. I was bullied due to my lack of confidence; I was an easy target.

We call it trolling a lot online, when someone tries to make you feel bad by commenting negatively and we let this get to us.

We’re letting our feelings be someone’s control mechanism, yet we don’t consider it’s actually our thoughts, our opinions and our actions that give off a perception for others.

What’s the difference between smiley John and down John?

I’m now perceived as someone completely different to whom I once was; my light is shining, my belief is high and my road to making a difference is continuing.
